Greek Salad

Greek salad is a delicious and refreshing salad that is perfect for warm weather. Here’s a recipe for making a classic Greek salad:

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Start by washing and chopping the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Transfer the lettuce to a large bowl.
  2. Add the sliced red onion, diced cucumber, chopped green bell pepper, and pitted Kalamata olives to the bowl.
  3. Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, and dried oregano in a small bowl until well combined.
